This is a free rooster that my youngest son picked out. He was a rescue from agway that was raised on a local farm trying to get rid of excess roosters.
Any clue on breed or mix?
Edit: fixed pic and added a face shot of him checking out my phone

Note to other posters: clicking on pic will will take you the picture in a larger size.

Could he be an EE? I know he has a single comb(from what I can tell) but the coloring is about right, and his legs are rather game-y looking, very long.

He does look very "gamey". Super sexy Roo! (whatever he is).

He looks like some type of sex-link rooster.

I had a pair of these. The older the meaner. I actually had to put down the rooster because he was pulling out the feathers of 5 of 6 chickens. When I got rid of him, his "girlfriend" same breed began acting like the new alpha rooster. She is no longer with us as well.

Looks like someone is trying to make a Pyle Leghorn.

What are modern game birds used for? I can see the potential of him getting nasty. My husband thinks he's great, I think he's ugly with his long model legs, lol.
