I heard that warm or hot water draws bacteria into the eggs. Should I "wash" the eggs with cold water before I hard boil them? Or does the boiling water kill all the bacteria? I just hard boiled 6 eggs without washing or rinsing them, they were pretty "clean" eggs.

I would imagine that boiling will indeed kill bacteria. I've never washed then boiled an egg in my life and I'm still here to tell the tale. I should not worry too much about it.
