So, this adventurous guy tried to go swimming in my duck's water pail. Mostly dead when we found him. After some swinging, airway clearing and warming he seems okay and is starting to walk a little wobbly and sleeping a lot. He drank on his own.

! I'm glad you found him in time. I have no idea what would be helful for a near drowning. Maybe using some VETRX to prevent a respiratory infection? But I don't know if it's safe to use on chicks. Keeping him warm and hydrated is a good start.
