It could have been the move, that can disrupt laying for up to a month

You know I think your first instinct was right.... It could all be stress from the move. She could be staying put because she the new bird and is or doesn't want to be picked on....
No eggs, runny poop, staying in, maybe even the slow crop... The watery crop could also be that she is drinking a lot to make up for dehydration from the runny poop....

well any more ideas why my hen could have stopped laying? Its really worries me!

Stress, nutrition, less daylight, age, broody, egg bound or egg peritonitis

Some breeds take breaks from laying, most bantams do fore sure.

ok the days ARE getting shorter. do you think they could stop laying for THAT long because of it? and do you know if blue andalusians take breaks?
