I have a homemade coolerbator and the temp is holding at a steady 99.5 with forced air and twin 40 watt bulbs I am using a modified waterheater thermostat but on the warm up period the bulbs burn at full power but when it reached the set temp the bulbs come on dim and flicker is there a way to fix it without getting another stat.
