Where does one get a Water Weasel from?

WalMart, discount & dollar stores, etc. on the junky toy aisle.

What if we are not close to a Walmart, dollar store or anything like that? We live about 80 miles from Walmart and other shopping. We can buy groceries in town, which is about 15 miles, but have never seen any thing like the water weasel there. I have been searching on line. I thought I seen a post about how to make one, but I can't seem to find it. Probably because I get lost in other threads as I am searching.

Someone did make one with psyllium fiber in water in a ziplock baggie, I believe. Someone used a water balloon, partially filled, in some way. You don't have to have one, and sometimes you can find things like that in a grocery store toy aisle, but that's a long shot.

I bought an 8 pack on ebay but that Amazon one Poison Ivy found looks great.
Buy a few as they can break or you may just want to play with it.
