Watering nipples

I have 4 chooks and plan to get 2 more.
How many watering nipples do I need?

One if they are all about the same size (height).

I like having two for a small flock but one is fine.

I would have 2-3 nipples. It's just matter of time more chickens will be add.

Thank you all. I think three nipples in the bottom of a 25 litre bucket, suspended from a rafter, should do the job. I'll post a photo of the world's dodgiest chook house soon.

That is a good point Speedy. I have made two additions to the run and one to the coop so it is double the size I started with. It would have been a lot easier if I had planned on my flock growing as I fell more and more in love with chickens
