Is this a problem, or not? This is what is mostly coming out of Cuda today, who is healing up on my porch after being horribly pecked up in the coop during the night a few days ago. She lost a lot of blood that night. Her overnight poops from last night looked normal.

The tiny red dots are not blood, they are undigested red quinoa seeds.

She isn't eating much, except when I give her melon, or pear or apple, or mealworms. I think she is depressed from being separated from the flock

It could be from where she isn't eating much, but drinking water. Try giving her some scrambled egg, and a few bread crumbs moistened with buttermilk. Low salt canned tuna or any kind of meat would probably get her attention, too.
