How old are the chicks? Are they in a brooder under a heat lamp? How are they acting?

Well I'm a first time owner so in my opinion they are acting fine I hope, and yes the are under a heat lamp. The lady I bought them from said they were born 3/28.

At their age, the chick poo really starts to develop an odor. I would use a thermometer under the lamp, and keep it about 85 degrees F, and go down by 5 degrees each week, always with a cooler spot to escape to if they get hot. Runny poops can sometimes indicate coccidiosis, especially if there is mucus or a little blood in it, or if the chicks are acting lethargic and not eating.
