wattles as an indicator

    I know comb development is something to look at- what about the wattles though?
    I have a houdan/polish mix that has a comparatively small comb, but the wattles are significantly showing compared to her/his hatch mates

    do wattles mean anything for sexing?

    In most cases I've seen, early wattle development = roo.
