Wazine 17 Not Sealed

I ordered Wazine 17 from a seller on Ebay. I'm curious, does it come with a seal on the top of the bottle? The end of the package (reused envelope) was torn open and the bottle, when I took off the lid, had no seal on the inside. No problem if it is sold that way in the store, but if it's not I need to know.

I think it normally has a one of those aluminum seals on the top of the bottle that you peel off

That was what I was expecting to find when I opened it but it was just an open bottle when I took off the lid.

Just out of curiosity wouldn't of been easier to buy wazine at your feed store then off eBay ?

When you bought yours at the feed store, did it have a seal on the top of the bottle, under the lid?

Yes now that I think about I do have to pull the
Aluminum tap off after I take the lid off
