It took us a few months since we could only work a few hours each weekend (weather depending), but we made it. This was our first construction project ever! I'm so proud of us! Check out my blog for more pictures.

I hate to tell you this, but...................you're NOT done. Give yourself a few days and you'll want to add this, change that. Believe me, it never ends! You'll need to start making it bigger right away. If you're familiar with "chicken math", you'll know that your flock is going to get bigger and bigger and bigger and... [IMG]

Nice job on the coop, by the way! [IMG]

Hip, Hip Hip!!! Such a nice looking coop and run. I admire the roof supports in the run area -- very clever. Now you will need to make it bigger because already you need more chickens and you need a place to sit and watch your chickens and a barbecue pit (to keep you warm while you watch your chickens -- you didn't think I meant to... oh, heavens not even).

Enjoy -- it is a lovely coop,
    Jenny

It looks really good! Great job on the first time construction, too. But, do watch out for the chicken math. It can sneak up on you!
