Our bedroom was added on to our trailer 20 years ago and then when we moved into our house 13 years ago it became a shed. It need a lot of work but it looks much better as a chicken coop than it did as a shed.
Here is what we had to work with

The new coop has three areas, a main coop which measures 9' 5" x7' 8", a breeder/brooder area 3' 10" x 5' 6" and a storage area, 5' 5" x 5" 6". It is wired for electricity and the eaves are covered with hardware cloth. It has two man doors, two pop doors and four windows, three which open. The outside run is aprox 20ft long by 8 ft wide.

A few of the girls supervising my son making sure he is doing it right!

My son digging out the area for the run and Kodi laying claim to the dirt in the center.

The outside, nearly finished. Still need to add sand to the run. It is covered with the canvas awning that came off of my in laws 5th wheel. It adds some shade for the gang.

From inside the front entry door, it has three rooms. The main coop, the storage area for feed and such and the breeder/brooder area.

One of the roosting areas with poop board, and the nest boxes. I had to put a board at the end of the roost because they were roosting there and pooping on the nest boxes.

The other roost. The pop door is just below.

Looking from the storage area into the main coop.

Another view of the storage area, you can see the other man door is open.

Another view of the run. The delaware girls approve of the sign.

Some of the gang on one roost

    The rest of the gang

I want to thank Chook-A-Holic because if it were not for him posting the beautiful pics of his hoop coop I would not have been able to do this. Here is Chook-A-Holic's https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=270088
