We Use Custon Ads popup

I got a popup that covered half the screen saying 'We Use Custom Ads' then a click box to accept, no way to close it down.
There was a click to read what it was about, it basically said it uses what I look at and post about to send me ads relating to my posts and what I had been looking at.

I shut down the site and came back on and the popup didn't show, If it had have popped up again that would be the last time I came on here, so hopefully it was some kind of glitch, anybody else had this?

Every time I log on here and on BYH. Sometimes when I stay logged in and load BYC it pops up for a second and then disappear. I just click "Accept" to make it go away.

Ok, I just got some info about this! It's only shown to EU residents to make sure we comply with GDPR regulations.
