Weak chicken after taking Wazine dewormer

So a week ago i noticed some small rice looking worms in my chickens poop, like alot!
So i went to the feed store yesterday and the girl suggested getting Wazine dewormer. So this morning i gave them 1 ounce in a gallon, i have 22 chickens.
All my girls look pretty fine, except one. My buff brahma. She was doing fine in the morning but now she doesnt even want to eat or drink. Do you think the dewormer couldve made her sick? Or maybe just the meds kicking in and she feels funny? Near by where she was sitting i saw some poop with round worms. (Looks like noodles) i dont know if it was her poop or anothers hens poop, what should i do?

I highly recommend getting a fecal sample read before you dose again so you'll know specifically what kind of worms and how to treat.
Wazine is for roundworms but I wouldn't trust anything a feed store employee told me about treating or feeding chickens.
Last I checked, I've never met one that went to vet school or was a poultry nutritionist.
