Weak duckling help !

We have had 2 call ducklings hatch out of 6 eggs well 3 but one died , however one of them seens very weak , he doesnt do much apart from sit there , his eyes are not right , also when i give him sugar water it seems like he struggles to get it down and bubbles come out his holes on his beak ? He also rest his head down with beak on floor , i feel a bit useless as i dont know what i can do for him .i will add this is mine and my partners first time hatching calls .

He also keeps falling onto his back and is unable to get back up unless i help him

How's your duckling doing now? It sounds like a difficult hatch - did you experience incubation problems?

He passed away during the night unfourtunatly , not i have one thats hatch that wont open its feet they are closed , the webbing is not open on them , im not sure if any incubation problems as this is out first time but alot of ducklings died in the shell
