About a week ago i put my six week old chicks out in the coop since the weather was nice. Not to mention its april and i live in the south... so today it is raining and 35 degrees out. Came home early to find all of them huddled outside in the rain by a box they play in soaking wet. I decided to just put them all in the box and sat ot in the coop and turned on the heat light. Will they be okay or should i bring them inside?

If they're fully feathered AND you've provided them with a heat lamp I'd leave them be.

Last year I did the same thing with my packing peanuts from a hatchery order. I put them outside bc it was nice then a week later we got snow. They were out happily scratching thru 4" of the white stuff and were fine (and I didn't give them a lamp).
