I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a website to view the invoice info on a used car. I'm looking at a 2005 Dodge Magnum from a private party and am trying to find out everything I can about it.

I'm going to go in KBB.com and put in what info I have to check to see what they say about value.

    Thanks for your help!

Well, the name escapes me right now. I'll have to ask my DH. We used an online place, it did cost about $30 but we could search for info on as many cars as we needed to for a month. I think all we needed was the make, model, VIN. It told us the history of the vehicle, service, if it had been wrecked, repo. etc. I will ask my hubby if I can't find the name of the site.

I believe that carfax.com offers a service where they check the vehicle by the VIN.

Yep, carfax. I used that before I got my car.

thank you, everyone! I got a report on the vehicle, talked to my banker, and now all I have to do is decide it's the vehicle I want. Wahoo!! I've wanted a Magnum since they first came out so I'm pretty thrilled. [IMG]

Ill have to say I love my Magnum. It was a big change from my VW beetle, but its nice to have some real power! What color are you looking at?

    Good luck car shopping.
