Webbed feet?

I've been hatching chicks in a small styrofoam incubator for several years now. My last 2 broods each had one chick with webbed feet. (the toes on one or more feet were connected by skin so that the toes could not spread out.) Has anyone else seen this before? What should I do?

Could it be from the parents? Were both these hatches from the same set of birds?

Possibly. I have 2 roos and 25 hens.
