Week old baby chick leg issue

I have an ayam cemani chick who is a week old and last night I saw it holding its left leg up all the way to its body . So I gave it a nudge and it limos bad. It wasn’t like that yesterday morning . Any idea what it could be? I felt both legs over really well and tugged both very gently to make sure they both were the same! I couldn’t find any differences between either leg. I don’t know what it is so I’m not sure how to treat it. I have her two drops of nutridrench to the beak crease to be swallowed hoping it would help. It looks to be in painIt is still eating and drinking . It sort of hops over and lays down to do it. Any advice on what it could be?

Look for swelling or redness on her hock joint above her foot. Look up some info on a slipped tendon. It also may be an injury that she has suffered in the brooder.

It looks like there could maybe be a little swelling in the foot where all the toe bones come together? I’m not sure what that’s called. I may be wrong. It’s the foot on the right if your looking at the picture
