Week old chick can't keep her balance?

I received a shipment of chicks last week and one of the chicks (golden campine pullet) just can't seem to keep her balance. She's been running into the other chick and the others stay as far away from her as possible. I ended up separating her from the other chicks because i thought she may just need time to strengthen her leg muscles. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with her and what to do to help her get better?

There are several diseases that affect motor skills. Good that you separated it out.

Try giving it liquid b vitamins, you can get them at the health food store, and you might provide an electrolyte drink (the kind they give to babies with the runs)
