week old chick loosing leg movement

Hello i recently incubated some eggs and have had some deaths. One chick who was fine just recently started to limp. I figured it got hurt while performing chick acrobatics and such but hey its normal, so i separated it from the rest to let it heal. Now however, it lays to the good leg and shakes it bad leg as if cold (she is not cold under the lamp). I don't really know whats going and it seems like it other leg is going bad too. it still eats but i have to nudge it to drink water because it cannot reach. any ideas on what might be wrong with it?

I have also fed them water laced with vitamin e and vitamin c.
