Week old chick pecking herself

I picked up my very first bunch of chicks (14) early last week, and all was going well until this morning.
I noticed that one of the chicks has been pecking at her neck to the point that it is bare and red (not open yet). None of the other birds exhibit this behavior, but by the end of today, some of the other chicks have begun to pick at the would as well.
How can I help with the would/ behavior?

You will need to seperate this chick from the others. they will continue to peck at this chick until it dies. Chickens love the taste of blood.
