I have a week old chick that can't walk properly. It walks on the back of its legs, but it CAN walk normally for about a foot before it falls down. Once I saw it struggle getting up after falling on it's side, I decided to isolate it. It's now in an old shoebox where I cut a slit on the side so It can drink water and put some food inside the box. What's the next step? Can it heal on it's own? Do I need to put some sort of brace on it's legs? Maybe some "physical therapy" to strenghten it's legs? Thanks
