I am hoping to get DH to help me expand my chicken run this weekend.

NEED a BIGGGGGGGER RUUN so that I can go to the Feed Store and do some more Chicken Math ..........

1 + 1 = 11 more chicks

WHAT are your plans for this weekend?

I'm inviting my friends over to see my new chicks.

Well, it was canceled at the last minute. Now I have nothing to do but wait for stuff to come in the mail and do random stuff.

We use to fish - - - that was BC ( before Chicks).

Princess - what kind of chicks are you showing off?

Anybody else got weekend plans? ? Here in FLORIDA, it should be a GREAT Weekend - not too hot, not too cold and absolutely NO RAIN!

This weekend is devoted to sleep and hate to say it, laziness.

My daughter and I rarely have a down time weekend so looking forward to doing absolutely nothing. Well, at least nothing I dont want to do.

Tomorrow I am taking my sewing machine and a project to a Sew-In.
Sunday is DH's birthday and the day to recover from the time change.

I keep forgetting about that time change thing

We had our doing nothing / down time yesterday. My daughter and I watched movies all day. It was a rainy day and we spent it together doing nothing but chillin.

I hope I made one of those "special" memories that she will take into adulthood.

I think I do the chicken, garden, and pot belly pig thing for the same reason - - memories for my children.

I am going to do some sewing this weekend, and finish painting the trim in the guest room because the new carpet in there is being installed on Monday.

WOW - who knew there were so many with chickens and sewing as a hobby?

I too sew - - but not until the summer.
As a teacher, sewing is a luxury that gets pushed aside until summer.

If DH and I make good time on the run additional for the sweet little Fuzzy butts,
I may get a chance to spray paint their coop. We built it in December.
It has been too cold for any outside painting since construction.

NOW, the flock of fuzzy butts purchased in December are outgrowing their space : (
We have taken on the Motto - GO LARGE or GO HOME - - for now on.
