weight gain for show birds

I have 2 austrolorps and they are going to be my show birds. I don't think that they are standard weight for a pullet and a cockerel.
the ark- okla state fair and tulsa state fair are coming up soon and I need to get my show chickens fattened up a little bit.

Could you post a photo of them? If they aren't exhibition-type birds, no amount of fattening up will make them have the correct weight and size. If they are exhibition type birds (bought from a breeder/good source), though, there are some things you can do. Basically, feed them whatever they will eat. Always have commercial feed available, but add in some scrambled eggs, bread, mealworms, fruit, and other treats. With luck, that should help them gain weight.
