I only have 2 out of my 6 hens that are of egg laying age and I am wondering if some hens
are naturally heavier or put on weight more than others?

The 2 in question are SLW and it is hilarious to watch them run or walk around my backyard
because their chests are SO low to the ground and through the feathers you can see them jiggle [IMG]

I don't know, maybe this is normal I just had to ask. My others are too young and haven't put on this \\
    sort of weight just yet.
    Thanks

Body size, weight and shape varies from one breed to the next, so you shoudl expect a different body type for each breed. Additionally each breed grows slightly different than teh next so the actual developmental differences will be noticable.
the wyandotte's are like a nice basketball, round and full.
