weird baby silkies- HELP!!!! dk skin/ white feet

I have a mixed pen, buff roo, white , black , cucoo, and buff hens. I just started noticing my babies are coming out black skin but pale feet- what is going on? All my adult birds have dark feet, skin and beaks. IS the cucoo throwing this off or a buff?

I am somewhat new to silkies and noticed when a bunch of my silkies hatched some of them had light feet. Sometimes they darken up, sometimes they don't. With mine there feet did darken.
