I am quite worried what it is and I wish to make sure I won’t need a visit to the vet or I can help her myself if this is an emergency.
Here’s my information about her so far:

-She is an Easter Egger about 21 weeks old

-I’ve noticed lately that she seems very distressed and is honking at me like something is wrong, like she’s trying to tell me something and pecking at my pants to get my attention

-I have only noticed this mark today and do not know how long she’s had it

-My other hen does not seem to have this other problem

-the scar does seem like it’s bleeding a little or it has already bled, it could be from twigs but I’m here to make sure that it isn’t anything worse

-She has been eating and drinking normally

-Her poop has been very droopy and wet, basically diarrhea

I am quite protective when it comes to her since I raised her from a chick and she basically became my dog, always wanting to come inside the house to be petted or to just hang out. I hope this isn’t anything too serious and it’s just a minor injury from scratching around in the bushes

It looks to me like just a minor scratch. Just keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't get infected or anything but I'm sure she'll be fine. If you're very concerned, you could clean it with mild soapy water, rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball or a slight amount of peroxide (only do that once though) then coat it in neosporin (without pain relief) to help it heal faster. As far as the wet poo.....has it been hot lately? She may just be drinking a lot if it's been hot. If she's eating and drinking just fine, I wouldn't worry too much :)
