Weird Breathing Thing..

My seabright has been sick for a few days. I thought she was getting better but she just started doing this weird breathing thing. She's breathing through her mouth and sometimes opening her mouth really wide like she can't get air :-(

Have you checked to see if there is something stuck in her throat?

goto your feed dealer and get a bottle of VETRX and dip a Qtip and soak it real good and open the beak and rub vigorously in the roof of the mouth then swap under each wing and then rub on the outside of the beak , it is struggling to breathe but this should help, and put a few drops of the VETRX in there drinking water.

Okay thank you. What is VETREX? Is there anything that'll work in its place like butter or oil? I ask because I just got back from the store with vitamins for her and cannot go back out tonight. We know that she either has mereks disease of crook neck but we dont know which.
