i’ve never had problems when hatching and this one took a while to get out of egg and not fully developed, i know it will die and it might be best if we let it pass on, but i was wondering why this has happened and what i can do to stop it happening in the future!

This is a genetic defect, equivalent to human anencephaly.

I recommend to end the suffering, as there is no cure for this condition.
