Do you live near any recent nuclear accidents? It looks like a yolk to me, just no color.
Not yolk, just the two parts of the white. The absence of yolk makes song both parts easier.
X2 Ol Grey Mare. @BBQJOE There are 2 parts to the White (Albumen) The thick and the thin. What looks like the yolk is actually the thick albumen.
I've probably cooked and served 800 million eggs, never seen a thing like it.

Wind egg, not unusual in a new layer...or even an older bird, especially going into or coming out of a molt, on occasion.
I got another small one today!
