Weird infected feather? Opinions please

So my 21 week splash Marans has this weird bump at the base of her back where her tail feathers begin. She keeps turning around pick at it. She’s also having a lot of stool collect around her vent. She just started laying this week. She’s eating and drinking OK. Acting fine. I cleaned her backside really well with water. But then I noticed this weird bump, there appears to be or some Sero sanguinous drainage around it . Thoughts?
