Weird lump on the side of pullet's chest?

My 8 week old blue andalusian pullet, Dixie Chick, has a weird lump on the side of her chest. It looks kind of like a tumor. I was out with them for 2 hours, came inside for an hour or so, and when I went back out she had a lump that she didn't have before. I'm thinking it has something to do with the crop? I dug a hole for them and she was finding worms like crazy and eating them, so maybe that's it? They have grit mixed in with their feed though.

Here's some feels kind of like memory foam.

Sorry for the lack of photo quality.

I had a complete panic attack about 5 days ago when I visited with the "bigger" pullets and cockerel. 4 of them had those lumps on their chests and I had no idea about crops! I ordered a bunch of books online to read up about chicken diseases and caretaking (the books are coming tomorrow). Needless to say, I did some research on the net and found out about the crop problems that can "crop" up... lol

I massaged their crops and they felt normal. The next morning the crops were down to normal so no worries.

Whew! I'm learning new stuff every day!
