Weird scabs and bumps on her comb

i just noticed my 9 month Ideal 2-3-6 breed girl has strange scaby looking bumps on her comb. All things normal besides that. Anyone have an idea what these are and if it’s a problem?

It very much looks like fowl pox.
It is a virus and will run it's course. It is also highly contagious. You can support the flock by adding electrolytes to their water for a few days.
