Weirs Rooster maneuver

My roosters (2), one that is aggressive, put is wings down to hi side and walks around for about 2 or 3 seconds. Why do they do that?

If he's doing it on purpose, around you, another bird, or a girl, maybe you are seeing a "rooster dance" they do to woo a hen or to size up an opponent?

He does it when he sees me get around the cage.
wow i'm surprised he sees me as an opponent.

Could be a mating thing also, a few of mine do this to the hens right before mating them, I have one silkie rooster that will run in the coop when i'm in there (not matter where he is) and does the rooster dance to me. I look at him and tell him how funny/stupied he is, doesnt bother me he's a tiny guy.

My alpha roo dances for me when I bring out treats. I always tell him he's very handsome, but not my type. He just shrugs and starts calling the girls over for the treat.

I'd just watch him and if he starts getting aggressive, nip it in the bud.
