My roosters (2), one that is aggressive, put is wings down to hi side and walks around for about 2 or 3 seconds. Why do they do that?

If he's doing it on purpose, around you, another bird, or a girl, maybe you are seeing a "rooster dance" they do to woo a hen or to size up an opponent?

Could be a mating thing also, a few of mine do this to the hens right before mating them, I have one silkie rooster that will run in the coop when i'm in there (not matter where he is) and does the rooster dance to me. I look at him and tell him how funny/stupied he is, doesnt bother me he's a tiny guy.

My alpha roo dances for me when I bring out treats. I always tell him he's very handsome, but not my type. He just shrugs and starts calling the girls over for the treat. [IMG]

I'd just watch him and if he starts getting aggressive, nip it in the bud.
