Thank you, all, I am sure we will have a wonderful time - and I am sure we are both a bit apprehensive so we'll be on equal footing there. I am really looking forward to the time spent with DD, we haven't had a good, solid block of mother/daughter time in too long.

LOL - alas, I was merely distracted by the arrival of DH. He ended up not being able to work today (weather) so he got to come home - spent a lovely afternoon on the back porch talking through things regarding the whole relocation plan, etc and just generally enjoying some time together. Finally told him I needed to come in and pack - and ended up cleaning out the kitchen cupboards instead (I'm an expert procrastinator) - got laundry caught up for DH and DS so they won't have to worry about it while I'm gone and then did finally start packing, but the siren call of BYC was too much to resist [IMG]

[IMG] - that is too cute!

Well, wouldn't want any undo concern on my part --- I do believe we are coming back on Sunday, so I guess if I don't check in by Monday you can mount up the posse.
LOL - looks like my flock with the last rooster we had. Poor guy tried to be in charge - he'd stand out in the field and call his girls, try to lead them to somewhere, etc and they'd just head out wherever they wanted to go, leaving him standing there trying to give orders.

Yes - but the wisest female knows how to let the male *think* he is in charge.
