I had pet mice reproduce at night. Dad was eating the babies, so I removed him. Three weeks later, the mother smothered the remaining three mice. Apparently she didn’t want to be a grandmother.

I’ve had very young pet mice & hamsters occasionally do that. I wish the feral rodents would do it & me some trouble.

I'm so sorry, but it has been so hot you had to stay indoors in the AC so its nice when we are able to get outside without wilting!

My one comment about my own personal health lately is that I'm definitely over-caffeinated! Not a positive thing...someday I'll work on it.
