Here's the scenery from a couple weeks ago:
These are babies out of my Metzer harlequins. I kept a trio of two girls out of one hen and a boy out of the other. Squid here tries to play with them as if they were puppies, giving me the sad eyes when they start pulling on his whiskers, digging up his nose and pecking at his eyeballs. LOL
And while we're at it, here are the kids getting beat up by the new bullies, too:
My eldest is being uncharacteristically stoic, but he just got nailed right in the kisser!
I might post some more tomorrow. It's raining right now and I'm hoping to introduce the gang to their first mud puddle once it gets light out.
