Well it's raining, wanna help me plan?

I am planning a coop for a Cochin Pair. I am planning a small tractor, a basic rectangle, with a roof that has corrugated plastic on a frame so it can be hinged and flip up. I was thinking a 4x3 coop and a 4x4 run. They won't be in it all day, just while I'm at school. I need dimesnions for the nest box, I was guessing 18x18 with the slope top being 18 at peak and 12 at lowest point. The nest box will be exterior. Also, how big does the roost need to be? I was guessing just 3' *2x4 with widest side facing up. Giver me any ideas.

My nest boxes are 12X12X12. Hens love them.

Do you think a 12x12 would be good enough for giant cochins? I don't want her being crampted. I may shrink it to 16x16

I think you need a foot of roost per bird, and since you only have 2 birds then 3 feet should be awesome!
