She had a waiting list earlier in the year, so you may have to wait a bit.

Also, with temps in the high 90's it might be better to ship them when TN cools down a little.

    Food for thought...

Hey....check with gamebirdsonly. I got 12 eggs from them earlier this season and hatched out 9 chicks. Nice, dark eggs.

    What state is he in?
I know Mothergoose ships from IL.

If I remember correctly, I think gamebridsonly is in Utah...which is why my hatch rate really surprised me....I am all the way in PA! I do agree tho, the heat makes me nervous.

Just had to add I got Welsummer eggs from Mothergoose. Shipped from IL to Va. I ended up with 10 healthy chicks.

Quote:That is along way for eggs to travel!

As a newbie hatcher I need all the help I can get. I've seen a distinct difference in rates when I hatched eggs from IL vs eggs from CA or OK.

I don't even want to take a chance with this heat! I got some eggs early June and was a nervous wreck wondering if the heat had taken a toll on the eggs.
The IL eggs did great but the OK eggs pooped out on me.
