At this age it is to young to tell. You will have to give it some time. [IMG]

It is said that you can tell a boy from a girl by the V on the top of the head.
I very defined V means girl while a less defined and mottled head marking is a boy. However, one of my girls had a less defined head marking so I am no expert. Still learning and just thought I'd share what I had been told so far.
My 5 week old roo is looking very rooish. He has a large comb and big ol' feet, the girls are much "daintier".

I knew by 2 weeks I had several cockerels. They already had big combs turning pink. The V thing works sometimes, but not always. By 4 weeks, almost all Wellie cockerels should be obvious, in my experience.

I've got a batch of Wellie chicks and there is no way I can tell at that age. Like SpeckledHen said, wait until four to six weeks of age,you would know by the color and size of their combs.

    Good luck!
