Welsummer Chick?

    If it has yellow legs, then it could be a welsummer. Of course time is the best to verify.

    Hmm, keep in mind that I am looking at this from my phone, but it doesn't appear to have a single comb. Which would mean its not a Welsummer.

    Could be a Sicilian Buttercup... looks to have the double (buttercup comb) and this is what mine looked like as a chick...

    thank,you chickenlover.....I was told it could be a,Welsummer or a,dark cornish ....you are the first to say sicilian buttercup but I like the looks of the buttercup. I am hoping to get a better pic of the comb tonight. But if u think sicilian buttercup I would like that more than the brown cornish.

    I wouldn't know for sure 100% till it starts feathering out, but that was just a guess. :)
    Maybe post some more pics once the chick gets some feathers.
