I was research online to figure out what kind of chicks I got. All the chicks on the perch are from the same clutch from one hen. Their mom was very aggressive and raised them very well as free range birds. I narrowed down to welsummer because of the stripe going through their eyes but one one chick has yellow legs and the rest have black legs. I also assume Old English Game because of some characteristics they have like hens hiding their eggs, hens are excellent brooders, hens are aggressive mothers, and come in a variety of colors. The eggs are white but some have red speckles on them. Thanks in advance if anyone can give me some insight. He’s our only rooster and the two black and white chicks are hid as well. Their mom just disappeared before bedtime sadly.
