I purchased this pullet as a gold sexlink, but I'm thinking she looks a lot like a welsummer. What do you think? She's 13 or 14 weeks and had chipmunk stripes as a chick.[IMG]

She is definitely not a Gold Sex Link, which one of many marketing names used by hatcheries for Red Sex Links. I agree, she looks like a Welsummer.

My gold sex links as chicks and now they were Not striped chicks. If you have doubt a chick to look up might be brown leghorns. I don't know the chicks just the adults and they have a similar pattern as teen/adult birds :) I do think you have a wellie tho. :)
