When my DH would tear down buildings, I would have him bring the good stuff home. If you search hard you will find what your looking for. We're also building a home and if you search clearence at Lowes and Home Depot, sometimes they will give you awesome deals on returned stuff that has been in the store way to long. Also, if you see something on clearence at Lowes or Hope Depot as if they will take less all the can say no!!!
