...and I can't tell you how tickled we are!!!

As some of you may know, Skip/doc_gonzo and I wrecked our Sporster on Super Bowl Sunday when a 20 year-young guy ran a red light. We never saw it coming and t-boned the passenger side of his Lexus.

Well, we've aquired two, red-hot choppers since the wreck and can finally get our "knees back in the breeze"....

We both still have good days and bad days. I'm still trying to get my cast off but keep getting the run-around since I don't have health insurance.

Skip's been a huge help at feeding time...ever try to refill and replace 2 liter rabbit waterers with one hand and your head???

Quite amusing, I assure you!

I bought the chopper with the bulldogs for Skip when he was in PT in hopes of making him smile, and it worked. Press a button on it and the bike makes revving noises, the lights flash and it plays "Born to be Wild". My Mom sent us the other one and it was the highlight of our day!!! Nope, it doesn't take much to amuse us!

Still a long way from being able to ride again but we'll get there!
