We've adopted a rehomed rooster: Polish or Cochin or?

We took in a young rooster once a kind woman realized she had a rooster. She said she thought she had bought a bantam silkie female chick and just realized she had a rooster ... but this doesn't appear to be a silkie to me. Any theories?

Sultan, possibly a mix since sultans don't stand that upright usually. also wrong feet color. handsome devil.
