Please help this chick isn’t going through the membrane. Is it dried out? Help please!!!

Membrane looks to be pierced.
Can you see beak.
As long as beak is visible and clear it can breathe.
It will take longer for the this chick to zip...24 hours or so.
Do you have some coconut oil on hand to carefully moisten membrane if needed?
What is the humidity?

It looks to me like the membrane has been pierced. I'd leave it alone for now unless it's been externally pipped for over 24 hours with no more progress.
