What’s is considered too many treats?

For the long term, start planting trees and shrubs!!! It's not too late this year, if you can beg some off friends or neighbors. I just gave a bunch of lilac starts to co-workers. Ask around! Mary

I do have a few shrubs and a huge lilac, but most are around the house. Not where the chickens should be.
I have a garden near their coop. But, other than that, my husband loves to mow the lawn. Lol

Chickens are jungle/ forest animals, not lawn critters. Lawn chickens are easy marks for all predators, and won't find much to eat there, except by digging it up! Mary
